3 Traits of a great leader. what do you need?

I have found that every successful entrepreneur has these three personality traits.

  1. Curiosity

  2. Modest

  3. Paranoid

The combination of these three characteristics is the magic weapon for entrepreneurs. aka, the sweet spot.

Let’s break it down.

Nothing beats curiosity. The less you know, the better.

I’ve never met a successful entrepreneur who at its core is not curious. They know they don’t know everything , which makes them a little scared. Not knowing scares them.

They would ask questions like, “How does this work?” http://www.inc.com/ “Why does this happen?” Of course, ” Why doesn’t this work?”

They’re thinking about what’s possible.

This curiosity forces them to create a vision that others can grasp. Their vision started with a lot of theories, assumptions and some data, and a little bit of intuition.

As they learn more, they adjust their thinking and narrow their scope. imagine. Along the way, the vision is getting better and better.

Ultimately, vision becomes confidence. A strong vision backed by confidence and evidence is unstoppable.

Curiosity is not just a great skill for founders. It’s also an excellent leadership skill.

Curiosity means being willing to admit that you don’t know everything until you can move forward with confidence.

has a nice trick. When faced with a seemingly insurmountable problem, ask yourself, “What has to be for this to happen?” Then, based on your responses, ask over and over again until you find a solution small enough to bite Live and make the results look workable.

A great entrepreneur is curious, but also understands their current skill set, and the skill set of their team…their superpowers . But more importantly, their kryptonite.

Push yourself, but never start with failure. Start by knowing yourself and what you can achieve.

What are you afraid of? Let paranoia drive you to action.

The ability to continuously evolve means that someone is adaptable, which means they are less likely to be afraid of change, which is something in business The only constant.

The more you don’t know, the more anxious you are. This is where fear can stop you from doing what you need to do.

Like many founders, I was initially afraid to take responsibility for delegation, but anyway you’re good at recruiting, if you don’t delegate, you’ll never get the most out of your Staff. You have to give them autonomy with clear expectations, but don’t give up completely until people prove themselves.

So, delegate a little, and then gradually more, to those who meet your expectations.

I am afraid of delegation. But my paranoia outweighed my fears. I worry that if I don’t empower, I won’t be able to build a business larger than I am capable of. The company will stagnate.

So I let my paranoia drive me to delegate. You have to address your fears to take action. This is the only way forward.

Combining your paranoia and curiosity while being realistic about what you can achieve is a special recipe. Now, start cooking!
