Puerto Rico is currently affected by Hurricane Fiona, A storm caused mudslides and severe flooding on the island, leaving many people without electricity, shelter or medical assistance. President Joe Biden on Sunday approved Puerto Rico’s emergency declaration to release federal emergency aid, but the island still needs as many resources as possible to rebuild. Below is a list of five organizations that helped mitigate the impact of Hurricane Fiona.
