NBA Commissioner Adam Silver said last night that he was “shocked” when he first saw Ja Morant’s latest video of the Memphis Grizzlies star appearing to be firing. Silver said the league was looking into the situation, but he was quoted as saying: “Prepare for the worst.” Last night, Ja released a statement saying: “I know I let down a lot of people who supported me. It’s been a journey , I recognize that there is more work to be done. My words may not mean much right now, but I take full responsibility for my actions.
