Apple is gearing up for its traditional September event this Wednesday, with the expected unveiling of new iPhones 002 home and new smart watches. One of them, tentatively called the Apple Watch Pro, will be the highest-end, most “professional” wearable device the company has ever made.
And today, less than 14 hours before the official launch, the Apple Watch Pro has gotten bogged down in some CAD-based rendering. This is because, presumably , which will be a device designed to compete with the likes of Garmin – a wearable for athletes and those who love the outdoors. Hence the larger size and possibly increased sturdiness. It even has an extra button on the left side, although it’s unclear what it does.
The bigger size will allow for a bigger battery, and according to past leaks, the Watch Pro will have a titanium case and a low-power mode. However, all of this could end up costing you dearly, as rumored price points for smartwatches are $49 to $1,001.
If for some reason the Apple Watch Pro (or Anything else) won’t be released this week, so Apple’s October event is always something to watch out for — that’s when new tablets and computers are common, and probably this year as well.
