The Walking Dead Actor Austin Amelio joins Richard Linklater in action comedy Killer.
Amelio will appear in the movie based on true events, with Adria Arhona and Glen Powell Opposite, the latter will play an undercover Houston police officer – a killer in demand. Amelio is also a professional skateboarder and a regular on AMC’s Fear The Walking Dead series recently in Appeared in independent dramaPhyliss, Silenced
, currently in post-production.
In terms of movies, Amelio was earlier in Linklater’s Annapurna/Paramount movie Everyone wants some and Terrence Malik’s film as Nesbitt Song to Song opposite Ryan Gosling . Additional credits include Ryan Buffa Apples & Oranges, Jeremy Mohler Love Radio and Tony Costello Lost Nights. 60

This story depicts Gary Johnson, a successful undercover Texas cop who would masquerade as a hitman and get people on tape trying to hire him serve him. More than 60 Houston area residents hired Johnson to shoot, stab, hack, poison or suffocate those they wanted to die, including spouses or bosses.
