The B/R Gaming Madden 23 Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the following countries 50 United States and District of Columbia, 13 years of age or older, excluding employees, officers and directors of Bleacher Report, Inc. (“Sponsor”) (and their immediate and family members [whether or not related]), as well as its parent, subsidiary Companies, Divisions, Trustees, Franchisees, Participating Vendors, Distributors, Advertising and Promotion Agencies, and Affiliated Entities (together with Sponsors, the “Promotional Entities”). Void where prohibited by law. Promotions are governed by the laws of the United States and are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or managed by, and is not affiliated with, Instagram. By participating in the Promotion, you are a participant and you agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations (“Official Rules”).
HOW TO ENTER AND WIN: Sponsors will run a national promotion to encourage participants to enter for a chance to win prizes. The Promotional Period will begin at approximately 1:00 PM ET on September 8, 2022 and end at 1:00 PM ET on September 9, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”). Sponsor will post content (“Sponsor’s Post”) on Instagram @BRGaming on September 8, 2022 at approximately 1pm ET. Post a comment to enter – eg, leave a comment, send a DM, etc. Important: If participants are required to make publicly viewable comments, entry instructions must require them to include “#sweepstakes” in their posts.
The organizer will randomly select ten (10) contestants to win prizes (each is a “winner”, collectively referred to as the “winner” By” ). Sponsors will notify potential winners on September 9, 2022. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.
WINNER NOTICE/REQUIREMENTS: Potential winners may be notified via a direct message on Instagram or the comments section of a sponsored post. Potential winners must follow the instructions provided in the notice, which may include providing an email address, phone number, username and/or other means of verification. Sponsor will attempt to contact potential winners up to three (3) times. If a potential winner (i) cannot be reached directly, (ii) fails to respond to sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, (iii) is found ineligible, (iv) refuses to win, or ( v) Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in the person being disqualified and alternate winners may be notified, or such prizes may not be awarded, at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Potential winners must meet all eligibility requirements, including timely execution and return of all necessary postings and documentation (if any) required by sponsors. In the event of a dispute, the entry will be announced by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.

If the dispute regarding the identity of the entrant cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the Sponsor, the contested entry will be deemed ineligible. Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) EA Sports Madden 23 game code. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $69.99. Total value of all prizes: $699 and 90 cents ($699.90).
Prizes may not be exchanged or transferred or winners allow cash redemption. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a portion thereof) of equal or higher value for any reason in its sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” and Sponsor makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. Each winner is responsible for reporting and paying all taxes, if any, and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of prizes not specified herein.
GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS: By participating in this promotion, you agree to be contacted by sponsors via Instagram and/or email. All entries must be submitted in individual names, and prizes can only be awarded to the person named in the winning entry. If your Instagram account’s privacy settings are restricted, sponsors may not be able to see or receive your entries, or sponsors may not be able to send you messages. Sponsor is not responsible for entries or notifications not received due to entrant’s account settings. Entries generated by scripts, macros, or other automatic means will not be valid. The Promotional Entity shall not accept misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete , garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect an individual’s ability to participate in the Promotion, whether human, mechanical, print, print, electronic, online or otherwise, in connection with or in connection with the Promotion, This includes, but is not limited to, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of prizes, or any materials related to the Promotion. By participating in this promotion, you grant the promotional entity and its designee the right to use your name unless prohibited by law , city and state of residence, handles, sounds, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notice or approval, for the promotion and promotion of the promotional entity’s goods and services and all matters related to the promotion, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter Known to exist permanently around the world.
