(“Sponsor”) (other than their immediate family members and family members, whether related or not), and their parent, subsidiary Companies, Divisions, Trustees, Franchisees, Participating Vendors, Distributors, Advertising and Promotion Agencies and Affiliated Entities (together with Sponsor, the “Promotional Entities”). Void where prohibited by law. Promotions are governed by the laws of the United States and are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or managed by, and is not affiliated with, Instagram. By participating in the Promotion, you are a participant and you agree to accept and be bound by the terms of all these Official Rules and Regulations (“Official Rules”). HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND WIN: Sponsors will host a nationwide promotion that encourages participants to participate for a chance to win prizes. The Promotional Period will begin at approximately 1:00 PM ET on August 19, 2022 and end at 1:00 PM ET on August 20, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”). Sponsor will post content (“Sponsor’s Post”) on Instagram @BRGaming and @BRGridion on August 19, 2022 at approximately 1pm ET. Post a comment to enter – such as leave a comment, send a DM, etc. Important: If participants are asked to post publicly viewable comments, entry instructions must require them to include “#sweepstakes” in their posts. The Sponsor will randomly select one (10) entrants to win a prize (each referred to as a “Winner”, collectively referred to as as the “Winner”). Sponsor will notify potential winners on August 20, 2022. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.
WINNER NOTIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Potential winners may be notified via a direct message on Instagram or the comments section of a sponsored post. Potential winners must follow the instructions provided in the notice, which may include providing an email address, phone number, username and/or other means of verification. Sponsor will attempt to contact potential winners up to three (3) times. If a potential winner (i) cannot be reached directly, (ii) fails to respond to sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, (iii) is found ineligible, (iv) refuses to win, or ( iv) Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in the person being disqualified and other winners may be notified, or such prizes may not be awarded, at the discretion of Sponsor. Potential winners must meet all eligibility requirements, including timely execution and return of all necessary postings and documentation (if any) required by sponsors. In the event of a dispute, the entry will be announced by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as a natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for domains associated with submitted emails. – Email address. If the dispute regarding the identity of the entrant cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the Sponsor, the contested entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor’s decision will be final and binding on all matters.
PRIZES: Each winner will receive one (1) EA Sports Madden 23 game code per prize The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $69.99. Total value of all prizes: $699.99 USD ($699.99).
Winners may not exchange or transfer prizes or redeem for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a portion thereof) of equal or higher value for any reason in its sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” and Sponsor makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. Each winner is responsible for reporting and paying all taxes, if any, and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of prizes not specified herein.
GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS: By participating in this promotion, you agree to be contacted by sponsors via Instagram and/or email. All entries must be submitted in individual names, and prizes can only be awarded to the person named in the winning entry. If your Instagram account’s privacy settings are restricted, sponsors may not be able to see or receive your entries, or sponsors may not be able to send you messages. Sponsor is not responsible for entries or notifications not received due to entrant’s account settings. Entries generated by scripts, macros, or other automatic means will not be valid. The Promotional Entity shall not accept misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, missing or unavailable network connections, or failures, unavailability of Complete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect an individual’s ability to participate in the Promotion, whether human, mechanical, print, print, electronic, online or otherwise, in connection with or in connection with the Promotion , including, but not limited to, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of prizes, or any materials related to the Promotion. The Promotional Entity is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of Instagram services that may interfere with the Promotion (including any limitations, restrictions or conditions on Sponsor’s use of Instagram for promotions, which Sponsor does not accept as described herein) or by The ability for Instagram to enter, receive notifications, or communicate with sponsors in a timely manner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Promotion in the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or its threat, computer virus or other event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control that disrupts the integrity, administration, security or proper functioning of the Promotion Eligibility of entrants and/or modification, cancellation or suspension of promotions. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from all eligible, non-suspicious entries received prior to the event requiring cancellation. False or deceptive entries or conduct will disqualify entrants. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
By participating in this promotion, you grant the promoting entity and its designee the right to use your name unless prohibited by law , city and state of residence, handles, sounds, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notice or approval, for the promotion and promotion of the promotional entity’s goods and services and all matters related to the promotion, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter Known to exist permanently around the world. The Promotional Entity expressly disclaims all liability and the entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Promotional Entity from any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liabilities related to or in connection with participation loss in this promotion (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity in connection therewith) and/or printing , distribution or production errors. APPLICABLE LAW: Any and all disputes, claims and disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or any Prize awarded shall be subject to Governed by and construed solely in accordance with the laws and decisions of the State, New York State applies to contracts entered into, entered into and performed entirely therein, without prejudice to its conflict of laws provisions.
