Bryan Cranston and Allison Janney to Direct TV 'It's Gonna Be Okay'

Bryan Cranston and Allison Janney star in Everything’s Going to Be Great , has begun production in Toronto.

The

Entertainment One and Astute Films project directed by Jon S. Baird from a script from I, Tonya writer Steven Rogers. Benjamin Evan Ainsworth and Jack Champion also appear in photos of the Smarts moving from state to state, performing at local theaters coping with loss and wrestling with identity.

eOne supervised production with Jillian Share, Jen Gorton and Courtney L. Cunniff, and Astute Films’ Fred Bernstein and Rick Jackson co-financed the project. Rogers also produces with Clubhouse Pictures’ Bryan Unkeless and executive producer Scott Morgan; the three previously collaborated on I, Tonya

, for which Janney won won an Oscar, and the miniseries Mike.

Also in Toronto are Amaze’s Alex Lalonde and executive producers Michael Souther and Teza Lawrence.

Director Baird directed eOne’s Stan & Ollie,

, starring Steve Coogan and Starring John C. Reilly. His other credits include Tetris, Apple TV+ movie starring Taron Egerton, and the ITV series Stonehouse starring Matthew McFadden.
