Notre Dame Fighting Ireland (0-2) will take their first win of the season on Saturday as the California Golden Bears (2-0) go into town. Justin Wilcox’s team defeated UNLV 20-14 and won six of their last eight games.
Cal released its depth chart ahead of the game against Notre Dame.
California Crime
A familiar name on the depth chart is quarterback Jack Plummer , who moved from Purdue to Berkeley. Plummer started last season against the Irish, a game Notre Dame won 27-13.
While not No. 1 on the depth chart, true freshman running back Jaydn Ott So far this season, he’s been Cal’s best running back Good rusher, rushing for 156 yards in just two games.
Inside linebackerJackson Simon is from Washington and he is also the California defensive coordinator Son of Peter Simon .
