As it enters Week 7 of the college football season, the Miami Hurricanes are 29th in the nation with 15 sacks. That’s great, but in order to reach the elite level head coach Mario Cristobal is building, the cane needs more.

To achieve this goal, more and more talents are needed to enter. One of those players is elite rusher Rueben Bain, Jr. from Central Miami (FL), who is a member of Miami, Alabama, Auburn, Louisville, A player from Florida, and Oklahoma.

In his junior season alone, he proved his passing rush with 29.5 sacks. He has a well-known knack for getting into the backcourt and making sacks no matter the situation.

His hand use, first step explosiveness and absolute His determination makes him a candidate to play early at the Power 5 level, even if only during obvious passing. In the long run, it’s hard not to see Bain as a multi-year starter for the lucky school that brought him into its football program.

As for Miami, Bane fits a clear need and will help out on the defensive end.

The Hurricanes have received a promise from Jayden Wayne that he can chase or drop behind the passer and play in space. Combining him with Bane would be an excellent 1-2 hit for Miami.

In addition, he has not officially visited Coral Gables and has been to a number of Miami home games. The Canes appear to be in a good place to finally sign Bain on National Signing Day in December.
