Through a montage of live action, photographs, paintings and other visual materials, the trailer and its narrative convey a woman who is out of control and, before possibly reaching a tipping point, finds herself in command Excited on the concert podium.
Tarr in the film is considered one of the greatest living composers and conductors, and the first female chief conductor of a major German orchestra. The film’s supporting cast includes Nina Hawes , Nomi Merlant, Sophie Kaur, Julian Glover, Mark Strong, Alan Corduna and Sylvia Flott.
Tár( sheet music obtained by Grammy-winning composer Hildur composed Guðnadóttir, the first female composer to win an Academy Award, Golden Globe and BAFTA Award for Best Original Score.
Tár( opened on October 7 and was touted earlier at CinemaCon as an early shot.
