Looks like Chris Evans hasn’t made his Saturday Night Live hosts the debut.

Tuesday during ET Canada Chat with Evans and Ana de Armas about their upcoming action comedy Ghosted, the conversation turned to the fact that the blonde Actress will mark her first time leading SNL and upcoming April 983723 episodes. When asked if he would like to guest star on an episode featuring Karol G as a musical guest, Evans made it clear that a brief appearance was more appealing to him than actually hosting the NBC skit series.
“Well, now I can handle a cameo,” Evans replied. “For years I avoided hosting SNL
like the plague just because I was too scared. It was too scary for me.”

. “The cameo sounded great — it was perfect,” Evans said. “But host, I salute her. She’s going to be great. But it’s going to give me a lot of sleepless nights.”
In a later interview, Evans admitted His concerns may have stemmed from the star’s previous self-conscious laugh about his abilities. “Maybe I just think, because I have very, very funny friends who have told me I’m not a funny person,” he said. “It’s just going to be a daily anxiety, a constant regret: ‘Why did I do this? I could have been comfortable at home, in my bed, and not have to worry about this.'”
Evans and de Armas, who are also in the Wilderness Action of 983723 and last year’s The Gray Man, in Ghosted as a couple couple on a date they realize there is a lot they don’t know about each other because de Armas’ character is actually a secret agent . The movie comes to Apple TV+ in April .
