This time The recall involves Lancaster Table & Seating brand high chairs. These high chairs are available in black, mahogany, natural or walnut finishes and are sold assembled or ready to assemble. Only highchairs made in China were affected. “Made in China” or “made in ____” is printed on the warning label on the front of the seat back and on the product label under the seat bottom. The model number is printed on a sticker on the bottom of the seat.

Remedy:
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled high chairs and place Return it to any Restaurant Store location in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, or Maryland, or contact Clark Associates for a free replacement or refund in the form of store credit with instructions on how to properly dispose of the product. Consumers will be required to submit photos of the disassembled or destroyed product and dispose of it.
Accident/Injury:
The company has received three reports of high chairs breaking in use and children falling. No injuries were reported.
Selling Price:
The Restaurant Store and the online store at www.therestaurantstore.com and www.webstaurantstore.com from January 2022 to September 2022 for prices between $43 and $65.
