The trendiest t-shirts of the season From a three-time New York native: stylist Haley Wollens, Lou Dallas designer Raffaella Hanley, and her pioneering graffiti artist and designer Claw Money (Claudia Gold) years on site. The New York-born and raised trio — Warrens from Manhattan, Hanley from Brooklyn, Crowe from Queens — got together to discuss cut and sew rugby shirts, and 16 T-shirts, remixed and refined, infused with the quirk and guts of every woman’s style. Each piece is made from shirts from second hand stores or Claw’s friends. The tops are cut and diced in bright color combinations and Claw Money symbols like PMS, the name of her female-led graffiti group. “We always use it as something fun to reuse for the brand,” says Crowe. The phrase “It’s all about the money” is engraved on the inside as a nod to Lou Dallas’ collection. Claw and Wollens also cite Hanley’s logo – which reads “Strong Women Better Planet” encircling the globe – replacing the globe with a thermal image of a woman in pink and purple riding a horse and adding “PMS” to her hair “.
