After a fun week 1 of college football, the question I want to answer is: who will beat This Georgia team?
On Saturday, the defending champions started their season by smothering the Oregon Ducks. Not only Ranked 11th in the AP Top 25 and is led by former Bulldogs defensive coordinator Dan Lanning. Not only that, Dawgs keeps things looking simple.
Maybe 2022 doesn’t look that different from 2021.
1. Georgia (1-0)
defeated Oregon, 49-3
Bulldogs takes this moment to remind us all, They’re the defending national champions, having won the most lopsided win over a ranked opponent over another all weekend. While the Kirby Smart team’s focus is usually on defense, quarterback Stetson Bennett was the star, completing 25 of 31 attempts for 368 passing yards and a hook late in the third quarter There were 4 total touchdowns before.
2. Alabama (1-0)
defeated Utah , 55-0
Defending Heisman champion Bryce Young had five touchdowns in the first half against the Mountain West champs of the Aggies and Pete Golding The defense didn’t give up at all. Nick Saban’s Crimson Tide is likely to tip the SEC and national title again against UGA. )3. Ohio (1-0)
beatNotre Dame, 21-10
Buckeyes in half The game ended with a 10-7 comeback win on the shoe against top-10 Notre Dame. Without star foreign aid Jaxon Smith-Njigba for much of the game, quarterback CJ Stroud partnered with Emeka Egbuka to give the Buckeyes a 1-0 lead.

4. Texas A&M University (1-0)
defeated FCS Sam Houston State University , 31 -0
The Aggies look like they’ll keep pace with Alabama’s SEC West 31-0 victory over Sam Houston State’s turnaround plan. After beating quarterback Max Johnson as a starter, Haynes King completed 20 of 31 attempts for 364 yards with three touchdowns and two INTs.
5. Notre Dame(0-1)
lost to Ohio State, 21-10
I think Ohio State could end up in the college football playoffs — if not the national championship game — and Notre Dame put the Buckeyes in a bind in the third quarter. The Irish gave up two touchdowns and went scoreless in the second half, but made up for the deficit (17 points) and threatened the Buckeyes on offense and defense.
6. Michigan (1-0)
defeated
West Michigan, 35-13
Kenneth Walker III In the NFL, Spartans coach Mel Tucker needs to find an offseason New wind chimes. He found two. Wisconsin’s Jaren Berger and Colorado’s Jarek Broussard combined for 174 yards on 26 carries.

The Riley era started with scoring a lot on offense, and the defense proved just as capable. Alex Grinch’s D brought back 3 INTs to the Owls’ TD, including an Alabama move and one for linebacker Shane Lee.

13. Oklahoma (1-0)
beatMiddle Michigan, 58-44
1st Half Cowboys The team kicked off the season with 44 points against Central Michigan, but gave up 44 at home to Chippewas. Pokes defensive coordinator Derek Mason needs to bolster his unit’s steals before the conference agenda starts, or it could be a long season.

It was Michigan’s biggest season opener win since 2016. While the jury is still out on who will be the starting quarterback, Wolverines defensive coordinator Jesse Minter answered who will fill the void left by EDGE players Aidan Hutchinson and David O’Habo, Former five-star Eyabi Anoma and Mike Morris made big appearances on Saturday.
Arnoma officially joined the team three weeks before the season and recorded his first as Wolverine on Saturday dismissal. Morris, meanwhile, is 6-foot-6, 292 pounds and so athletic that Minter sometimes puts him in a standing 9-footer — the outside linebacker position — in games.
Michigan, Oklahoma for the first week

18. Iowa (1-0)
beat FCS South Dakota , 7-3
LOVE Iowa State has never suffered an identity crisis, and its season opener against the third-best team in FCS was no exception. The Hawkeyes became the first team since at least 2000 to go 7-3 without a score — two safetys and a shot were all Kirk Ferentz’s team needed.
If you’re going to beat Iowa this year, pack a lunch and bring a rock to the fight.
19. Mississippi (1-0)
