Contractors have been briefed on £8bn worth of construction work across England.
The second iteration of the Procurement Partnership Framework covers work in construction, infrastructure and demolition. Decarbonization and retrofit work as well as housing work will also be featured.
Tender documents will be issued at the end of March, but interested contractors can submit their bids by January 13th here Register their interest by filling out the Market Participation Questionnaire . Then there will be two online engagement sessions on January 18th and 19th.
The framework will go live in Fall 2023.
The plot covers the North East of England, Yorkshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, East of England, South East, London and South West. Each has sub-lots, focusing on values between £50,000 and £1 million, £1 million and £5 million, £5 million and £15 million, £15 million and £30 million and values over £30 million Contracts.
Procure Partnerships framework director Robbie Blackhurst said adding more protégés to iterations of the framework will “support our future growth plans”.
In the first iteration of the framework awarded to contractors in 2019, Kier, Bam Construction and Morgan Sindall won all 20 lots . A total of 23 contractors were named on the frame.
