There are many reasons to stay at the Hôtel Eden Roc d’Antibes du Cap – if you can host F. Scott Fitzgerald, Marlene Dietrich, Pablo Picasso and 21 years of international high society. There were ancient pines and pruned roses; free-flowing champagne; Cliffside pool escaped in Croisette’s flash. But starting this month, after a lengthy renovation at the Dior Hotel & Spa du Cap-Eden-Roc, there will be another draw.
Dior Hydrafacial Experience.
This is Dior’s latest new spa concept, in 2021 debuted at the Cheval Blanc Hotel in Paris, followed by a branch in the Shanghai IFC shopping mall in . At Eden-Roc, treatments rely on touch and technology: an exfoliating Hydrafacial machine loaded with Dior’s proprietary The Floral Peeling Lotion and three different total body lymphatic drainage systems – featuring electrical stimulation, micro-vibration and infrared – work away puffiness after a long flight or before a dip in the Mediterranean. Meanwhile, treatment rooms are furnished with Dior’s signature textiles. There, guests can experience four ‘Dioriginel’ rituals that draw on elements from their surroundings – drawing inspiration (and ingredients) from the garden’s flowers. In a further homage to the flora that fascinated Christian Dior, his beloved Château de La Colle Noire is just 45 minutes’ drive, there are also six holistic wellness “bouquets”—treatments involving a personalized program. Monsieur Dior transformed his beloved Grasse retreat into a peaceful retreat away from the runway; now, that spirit of rejuvenation has found a new home.
