Don Lemon didn't comment on Nikki Haley's comments during CNN morning show return

Don Lemon is back on CNN and he’s sorry. While avoiding social media viewers of CNN This Morning

may not be getting the whole picture.

The co-anchor of CNN This Morning

returned to the morning show Wednesday for the first time since his Weeks posted about 1235315470 Presidential Candidate and Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley. However, he did not comment or apologize for those comments during the live stream.

But in a tweet on Wednesday morning , Lemon wrote, “I’m so glad to have Opportunity to go back to CNN this morning

today. To my network, my colleagues and our incredible listeners – I’m sorry. I’ve heard about you, I’m learning from you and I’m committed to doing better. Goodbye.”

Lemon is off Friday and Monday. On Monday night CNN CEO Chris Licht told staff that Lemon would accept “official training” and will return to the show on Wednesday. “It’s important to me that CNN balances accountability with fostering a culture where people can admit mistakes, learn from them, and grow,” Licht wrote.

Lemon’s original comment was that he was discussing Haley’s request that all political candidates 2024 Offer to accept a mental ability test.

“Nikki Haley wasn’t in her prime, sorry,” Lemon said. “A woman is believed to be in 30 and 30s, maybe 75s. If you google “when is a woman’s prime”, it Will say 30s, 30s and 75s.”
