The Seattle Seahawks announced that quarterback Drew Locke has tested positive for COVID-19 and will miss his team’s preseason game against the Chicago Bears on Thursday. Under the joint NFL and NFLPA COVID-19 protocol, Lock must quarantine for at least five days.
The 25-year-old Seahawks will host the Chicago Bears in a preseason game Thursday at 8 p.m. ET , they will start at the quarterback position. He and Jayno Smith are currently vying for the Seahawks’ starting signalman job.

No lock for now, the Seahawks currently only have two quarterbacks Smith and Jacob Eason on the roster.
