There is nothing to prepare people for their first Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda experience. While there is no ‘typical’ Alta Moda celebration, they all center around an event in a stunning and unique location (this year in Puglia), inviting clients and celebrities from around the world to preview (and be the first to attend the preview). BUY) a gorgeous fashion collection. They started out as a three-day run, and even though the clients loved it so much, they just wanted to stay. Year after year, day after day, until the whole extravaganza became what Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana now semi-sarcastically dub “Alta Moda Fashion Week.”

Even though I wore a beautiful Dolce & Gabbana enamel printed kaftan dress to the party, I felt very understated. Other customers and reporters rolled their eyes when they learned that I was just a trainee for this order.

When I wandered in the middle of the millennium olive grove, overheard the
Alta Gioielleria (High Jewelry) ) series, an angelic man stands next to a petite but energetic woman in her octogenarians. His eyes gazed majestically at the Mediterranean horizon, while the client woman admired an intricate necklace with large stones the size of leaves and olives at the end.
