Samsung has the best smart stylus app — not that there’s a lot of competition — but it comes at a price. Previously, it was only available on the Galaxy Note phone, which at the time was Samsung’s most expensive phone. It’s available today on the Galaxy S Ultra and Z Fold models, as well as the premium Galaxy Tab S model, and none of them are cheap (some Galaxy Book laptops also support it).
