Is there any hairstyle that Florence Pugh can’t cut? The star has experimented with pixie cuts, midi lengths, and backless styles — but her latest look may be her most striking yet: Super chic, Scarface – inspired bob.
Pugh paired a floaty Valentino for the star-studded opening of Tiffany & Co’s New York flagship on Thursday (Valentino) chiffon dress (she’s the brand’s new ambassador) and a killer hairstyle. Her hairstylist, Peter Lux, was inspired by the famous film in which Michelle Pfeiffer played the blonde Elvira Hancock. With shaggy bangs and curvy ends, Pfeiffer’s hair in the movie became instantly iconic.
Pugh does a fantastic job embodying Elvira’s spirit and looks equally as charming. A full (and flattering) fringe brushes against her bushy dark brows, while the ends of her mid-length lob are styled to curl toward her face. She paired the style—possibly a wig—with a touch of smoky eye makeup, a soft pink lip, and, of course, a seductive gaze. Obsession doesn’t begin to cover it up. )
