Florida & Missouri The state game is over.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced Monday that the Oct. 8 game between the Florida Gators (2-2) in Ben Kickoff is set for noon ET when Hill Griffin Stadium hosts the Missouri Tigers (2-2). The game will be broadcast on ESPNU.
The Tigers have traveled to the Everglades every year since 2014, Missouri has been Florida’s home opponent, and 2022 will be no different.
However, things are different this year from the last time the Gators hosted the Tigers. UF dealt with UM the last time the two met for Homecoming in Florida. 41-17, and a 23-6 win over Missouri in Columbia, Florida a year later. , because last season’s 24-23 win at Missouri was the final nail in the proverbial coffin of former Florida head coach Dan Mullen. He was fired the next day and replaced by Billy Napier.
