Only 24 NBA players have participated in the annual All-Star Game, so there are many talented players who never made the All-Star Game.
There are also some players who only played one season.
Sometimes other All-Stars or injured players, or players who just had a different season than others.
Four players fans may have forgotten to make the All-Star Game are Devin Harris, DeAndre Jordan, Brook Lopez and Kyle Korver.
Devin Harris 2009 season:
Harris was sent To New Jersey, the Nets signed Dallas Mavericks Hall of Famer Jason Kidd in a blockbuster trade for the 2008 season.
In his first full season in New Jersey, he averaged a career-high 21.3 points per game.
He also had 6.9 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 1.7 steals.
Harris was an All-Star at the age of 25 and looked like one of the rising stars in the NBA.
However, the Nets missed the NBA playoffs, leading only 34-48.
That was Harris’ only All-Star season.
Brook Lopez 2013 season:
Lopez spent his first nine seasons with the New Jersey (and Brooklyn) Nets.
In the team’s first season in Brooklyn, Lopez averaged 19.4 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game.
He made the All-Star Game at the age of 24.
Ironically, Lopez isn’t even the team’s No. 1 player.
Deron Williams and Joe Johnson were considered two of the most famous players on the roster that season, but neither was an All-Star.
The Nets will lose to the Chicago Bulls in Game 7 of the first round of the NBA playoffs.
Lopez had a solid career and won an NBA title with the Milwaukee Bucks in 2021, but that was his only All-Star appearance.
Kyle Korver 2015 season:
Korver He’s known for his incredible 3-point shooting, but he’s been a role player throughout his career.
Surprisingly, the Atlanta Hawks were so good in 2015 that all four of their players were named All-Stars.
Korver averaged 12.1 points and shot 49.1 percent from three-point range.
He played 17 years in the NBA, but that was his only All-Star appearance.
DeAndre Jordan 2017 season:
Jordan was part of some very high-profile Los Angeles Clippers.
While this team never made it to the second round of the playoffs, they had a strong lineup that included Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, Jordan, and more.
In the 2017 season, Jordan averaged 12.7 points, 13.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.7 blocks per game.
He’s shooting 71.4 percent from the field.
Jordan definitely benefited from Paul being his point guard.
In his 14 NBA seasons, he has been a very consistent player, averaging 10.8 rebounds per game for his career.
However, that was the only time he made the All-Star Game.
