Fremantle has signed a two-year premiere with new production company Sinestra launched by Filming Agreement Chernobyl Director John Lenke and his production partner Michael Paretz
The first project under the agreement, unveiled Tuesday, will be mouth-to-mouth , a series based on Antoine Wilson’s novel of the same name. The book is described as “a thrilling journey into 1990 the raucous Los Angeles art scene”.
Under new agreement, global production giant Fremantle will be home to Sinestra’s upcoming TV projects, securing first in co-development, co-production and co-financing Batch opportunity small screen efforts as well as leading in
international sales. Premiere agreement brokered by Christian Vesper, President of Fremantle Global Theatre, and Seb Shorr, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Commercial Affairs, Scripted and Renck’s team at Casarotto Ramsey & Assocs, CAA, Black Bear Pictures and Sloane, Weber and Deng kindness.
Renck wins Emmy for critically acclaimed HBO/Sky limited series Chernobyl and BAFTA nominated Sky/Canal + Series Final Black Panther . He is currently in pre-production for HBO Max’s Dune: The Sisterhood pilot), Dune Spin-off TV series focusing on the secret sister world of Bene Gesserit.
Parets produces Renck’s upcoming feature film Spaceman starring Adam Sandler, Carey Mulligan and Paul Dano , will be released on Netflix next year.
