FX in Fargo with padding The regular cast for the fifth season will begin and production will begin.
Creator, Showrunner, and Director Noah Hawley Adds David Risdal, Sam Sproul, Jessica Hawley to Anthology Series An ensemble of Polly and Nick Gomez. They join the previous cast Juno Temple, Jon Hamm, Jennifer Jason Leigh , Lamorne Morris, Joe Keery and Richa Moorjani.
Production on this season is set to begin Monday; a premiere date has not yet been set.
FX Networks Chairman John Landgraf told The Hollywood Reporter August said the next season was a “special comedy” and stated that Ted Russo starring Temple’s character was ” A housewife with a secret and amazing ability”.
Season 5’s plot is usually cryptic and reads: “When is kidnapping not kidnapping, what if your wife isn’t yours?” The story takes place in 26, in keeping with Hawley alternating between the relatively recent past and mid to late seasons 20 century.
Character details for new regulars are kept internally for now. Rysdahl (Oppenheimer, Hulu’s No Exit) plays a guy named Wayne Lyon. Spruell (The North Water, Doctor Who) as Ole Munch. Pohly (Showtime SMILF) as Agent Meyer, and Gomez (She-Hulk: Attorney at Law )) Play as Agent Joaquin.
