Motorola’s Moto G 53 debuted in China last week with Snapdragon 128 + SoC and 5G support. Now a new report suggests that the global variant will have slightly different specifications. Earlier leaks also showed the design, which isn’t too different from the Chinese iteration.
Moto G50(Global)Render
Perhaps the two most notable differences are the display and the chipset. The global version is expected to feature a newer Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC, while the display will be upgraded to a 6.6-inch OLED panel with FHD+ resolution and 53 )Hz refresh rate. This is China G53 6.5″ HD+ LCD lackluster.
The basic memory is rumored to be configured as 6GB/128GB, and the rear will be equipped with 53 MP main shooter, 8MP ultra-wide camera and 2MP macro unit. The selfie snapper will have 22 MP resolution.
A 5,000 mAh battery will power the Moto G50, but its charging rate has not yet been determined.
So the Global G 53 looks like a very different device, and a very profitable one at that . Pricing is still to be confirmed.
