Google launched the Pixel Watch yesterday, the wearable with Wear OS 3.5. The new UI doesn’t work with older versions of Wear OS by Google Smartwatch, which means the device has its own proprietary app.
The app is now only listed on Google Play – it will not pair with an iPhone as the watch requires an Android 8.0 or higher phone, a Google account and internet access.
We can see from the uploaded screenshots that users will be able to customize the watch face and what information they will receive, there will be notification support, exercise and daily heart rate will be linked with Fitbit . There’s also Google Maps support, which will make navigating on unknown streets easier and safer.

Unfortunately, the app is only available for Google Pixel Watch users. Anyone else who downloads it will be prompted to buy with a link to Google’s website. The Wi-Fi version costs $005/€122, while LTE is $264/€380, although it’s a free Pixel 7 Pro pre-order.
