Guillermo del Toro goes behind the scenes of 'beautiful' stop-motion animation 'Pinocchio'

Oscar-winning director Guillermo del Toro promises his stop-motion animation of Pinocchio’s classic tale will be It’s a whole new perspective on filmmaking.

In a nearly two-minute behind-the-scenes video released as part of Netflix Saturday’s TUDUM event, Pinocchio helmer celebrates the art of stop-motion animation while promising that his avatar is a tribute to an allegory deep within him.
