Up to six companies will be selected to deliver the façade system framework, which is worth approximately £160 million over four years.
The new framework will be divided into two regional parcels – one north and one south – with three contractors selected for each.
Those seeking to join need to be prime contractors.
Guinness said fully defined requirements plans for individual plans would be available at a later date, but added that other housing associations and registered providers would have access to pre-selected firms for upgrade plans.
Guinness separately pitched a framework opportunity for internal security work in mid-2021, which is currently being completed.
Companies must complete the PQQ by November 25 and can email the Guinness Partnership for more information.
