Short for nepotism babe, the term has become a popular, semi-pejorative way to describe parents who are well-connected in their chosen field (although it’s largely attributed to actors, models, anyone who would appear on the Oscars red carpet People on ) . Recently, New York magazine dedicated a viral magazine wrap to the term, in which Bieber was tagged as “Double Nepalese,” Not only referring to her father, but also to her husband, Justin Bieber.
