Upholding his reputation as one of the best men in Hollywood, Barrystar Henry Winkler has been known to bring Bundt cakes to the set as a treat for cast and crew.
“It’s normal,” Barry star and co-creator Bill Hader said in a recent appearance Revealed Jimmy Kimmel Live! “He said, ‘Stacey [Weitzman, Winkler’s wife], I just want you all to have this,’ and there were always these really fun cakes.”
Winkler elaborated on THR Why should he try harder. “It’s my little way of saying thank you to the wonderful crew who take such good care of you,” Winkler said, noting that the tradition started on Barry‘s A season that started randomly during filming, he decided to take a piece of cake to work one day.
While Barry is now airing the final eight episodes, “I will continue,” the star confirmed. “If I’m lucky enough to find something else, and I’ll bring them a Bundt cake.”
Speaking of endings, Winkler was recently with THR talked about his
Barry last scene, which turned out to be a What an exciting time. “I had the honor – and I think it’s an honor – to be Barry the last shot in the final moments. I was alone in a room and Bill called wrap, I went out to meet the crew. Bill then gave me a hug and he whispered in my ear, “Thank you for being such a great collaborator. “My heart was beating out of my body.”
