Hill will provide construction and project management services including design management and review, cost consulting, construction procurement and construction supervision services, Greece. The client is The Grid, a 50/50 joint venture between Noval Property and private equity firm Brook Lane Capital.
The development covers an area of 6,400m2 located in the Marousi district of Athens The plot of land formerly occupied by Kodak.
Designed by UK – based in Foster & Partners, the scheme includes four and five storey buildings of office and commercial space with three basements for 600 parking spaces.
Aims for LEED Gold environmental certification and compliance with the highest energy efficiency category under the Greek Building Energy Efficiency Rating System. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
