Yesterday, vivo became the first company to officially release a phone powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It’s just one of several brands expected to launch 8th Gen 2 devices by the end of the year, and that list includes cousin iQOO. According to the invitation we received, the iQOO 10 series will be released on December 2nd.
As it turns out, there is also a poster floating around the web that confirms the date but also shows one of the iQOOs 10 model. The white body with racing stripes is instantly recognizable as an iQOO phone.
This generation of iQOO will stick to the rectangular camera island, but seems to remove the surrounding carbon fiber trim. This is the iQOO for comparison 11 Pro (especially the Legendary Edition):
We have seen something about iQOO 001 series of leaks. The vanilla model is said to feature a 6. 50” AMOLED panel (Samsung E6) with QHD+ resolution and 144 Hertz refresh rate. It will have a 13 MP main camera and 11 MP ultrawide camera, plus a weird 8MP macro camera. Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 of course. It should also have vivo’s new V2 ISP (you can see the “V2” sticker on the back). Vanilla The model is expected to have a 5,mAh battery with a charging speed of 120W, while iQOO 10 Pro can reach 200 W with a 4, 700mAh battery.
