Back-to-back No. 1 picks for the Jacksonville Jaguars are questionable in Week 15.
Quarterback Trevor Lawrence’s toe injury and outside linebacker Travon Walker’s ankle ailment were both questionable designations for the Jags against the visiting Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.
Lawrence, the No. 1 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, has questions for the second straight week, while Walker, the top 2022 pick, is dealing with the team’s Week 14 win over the Tennessee Titans The problem of injuries in the team.
Walker appears to be the bigger issue in terms of availability, as he is out of practice this week as coach Doug Pedersen announced he has a sprained ankle and is on a daily basis.
Despite being questionable a week earlier with the same toe injury, Lawrence is out with perhaps the best game of his career with four total touchdowns against the Titans , winning the AFC Offensive Player of the Week.
No Lawrence or Walker would be a Hu. That’s a blow to the Jaguars’ chances of beating the host Cowboys.
Walker, who started all 13 games in his rookie season, had 45 tackles, 3.5 sacks and eight QB hits.
Lawrence, who hasn’t missed a game in his first two seasons, has thrown for 3,202 yards, 20 touchdowns and Only 6 interceptions.
