“We said we wanted to be able to do something serious together — not that it wasn’t serious, but more dramatic,” Aniston told The Hollywood Reporter at the Murder Mystery 2

Both Aniston and Sandler did a lot of their own stunts, with Sandler joking that the most challenging stunt was “catching up to them.”
“I had hip surgery after this movie, so every time I performed it was painful,” he explained. “I’m not going to tell anyone, but every move I make is painful, I keep it to myself, and at the end of the day I’m like, ‘I have to do that stupid surgery, man, I’m in trouble.'”
“By the way, Jennifer kicked me in the ribs in one scene, but it wasn’t in the script,” Sandler added jokingly. “Enough said.”
co-star Mark Strong’s filming was also fast taking down what Aniston told last week on the Tonight Show about how he accidentally hit Sandler face and made him cry, he said: “I had to pretend to hit him about times, one of them gently touched Touching his nose, obviously I punched him as hard as I could and he cried. If someone hits you on the tip of your nose, your eyes get a little watery,” he joked, “That’s it, but hey, Don’t let the truth get in your way. Good story.”
On the carpet, the friends also recalled their first meeting, which Aniston previously said was in the Valley Jerry’s Deli A few years ago.
Of what she remembers best about that day, Aniston joked: “He was really funny, he ate a lot of pancakes and chocolate milk, it was so cute,” Sandler echoed similar sentiments.
“I remember her being funny, kind, sweet as hell, you could say whatever you wanted, she would have a good time and come back with even more fun stuff,” he remembered. “She’s been like this since I’ve known her. I walk away, ‘That girl is cool.'”
