Earlier this season, team owner Roger Penske said he wanted a long-term extension to 2018 NASCAR Cup Series champion Logano, a deal that was finally announced Wednesday.
“Joey has been such an important part of the Penske team over the past 10 years and we know he will continue to be the leader and leader of the Ford #22 team for a long time to come. winner,” Penske said.

Logano, 32, joined Team Penske before the start of the 2013 season. In his 10 years with the team, he won 27 cup races, including the 2015 Daytona 500, the 2016 NASCAR All-Star and First race in next-gen racing – 2022 preseason clash at the gym.
He also earned Penske a second with a win in the 2018 season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway Cup winner.
Logano has qualified for the playoffs this season thanks to two victories this year – in Darlington, South Carolina and the Gateway.

Logano has qualified for the Cup playoffs since he joined Team Penske, except for one season. Logano also entered the title fight four times.
Logano also has 30 career victories in the Xfinity series and one in the truck.
