Judge: Offseason possible surgery on injured toe
NEW YORK – YANKES Outfielder Aaron Judge hasn’t ruled out surgery on his sprained right big toe — though if that happens, the All-Star slugger said Tuesday, it won’t happen during the season.
“We want to win every game, but this team is playing well,” Judge said. Two great teams, some great back and forth, especially [against the Orioles] on [Monday] night.
“They have a great team. They have A good bullpen. They have one of the best starters on the mound. We responded immediately [last night]. I think these guys are in a good position. I think once we get everybody healthy, We’ll get where we need to be.”
