We want people to watch Becoming Xtraordinary and realize that what really matters is ambition , hard work, determination, resilience, relationships, collaboration, creativity, kindness… what we think of as personal qualities don’t really see the education system helping people learn. Not everyone is going to be an Olympic champion, a Hollywood star, or a CEO, nor are we These should not be attempted as life goals, but everyone can dream big, do better at what they do, and help others along the way. We want to help young people see ‘success’ as living a full and fulfilling life Happy life, doing what they love, whatever that means to them.”
