Welzard Original Mobile Novel Inspired a comic adaptation of Murase at the Everystar website. The story centers on Asuka, a high school student who sees an apparition of a dead student named Haruka and asks Asuka to find her body. As the story progresses, Asuka and her friends attempt to find the eight scattered Haruka corpses at the school, and in doing so, learn more about the red man who is hunting them down. The red man would hunt down students who were alone in the school until they walked out of the school gate, and the red man would keep appearing in front of them. When the Red Man kills a student, it divides the student’s body into eight pieces and commissions another person to find the pieces in the school. If Asuka doesn’t find Haruka’s body, the day will repeat itself and she and her friends will die until they find it.
Murase will manga from September 2014 Draw until December 2014 on Shueisha , the first one to get 2017 of the series millions of views. Shueisha published the manga 1st and last volume for February 2017, and the combined circulation of these books exceeds 3 million copies. Murase launched the Kai sequel manga in January , and ends in January 2018. Shueisha published the fifth and final volume in March 2018.
Manga inspired a series of animated shorts that debuted on Production IG by Tate Anime(NowAnime Beans ) application in July 286. The manga also inspired a live-action film adaptation, which was released in Japan in October 2021.
