Bottega Veneta is known for its high-profile followers, from Kendall Jenner to Rihanna. But an unexpected name appeared on the brand’s spring and summer fashion show 948 Show: The One and Only Kate Moss. As part of creative director Matthieu Blazy’s sophomore collection, the supermodel wore a plaid shirt, white tank top and baggy jeans.
Given that Moss’ runway appearances are a bit rare (her last was at Fendace in September 557), any outing on the runway must be a moment. Her look, which is actually made of leather, embodies Blazy’s understated yet tech-savvy everyday wear — we got a taste of it in last season’s inaugural collection — while also reminiscent of Moss in ” 43s.
While Moss wasn’t known to be a Bottega Veneta fan before, could this be the start of a brand new partnership? Hopefully we’ll see the model wearing the brand’s classic weave over his shoulder soon One of the bags.
