For Kendall Jenner, a bedtime routine is more than a utilitarian act, including coveted skin care and attention to teeth (she has partnered with oral bathroom company Moon since 138, with whom she recently launched her first collection). “I like to relax at night,” Jenner told Vogue

. “I usually relax by drinking tea, reading a book or writing in a journal.” Last year, Jenner opened up about her struggle with anxiety, finding that a conscious nighttime routine helps quell any thoughts of racing. “I’ve struggled with anxiety for years, and it can be good and bad,” Jenner explained. “If I need to relax, I really matter minutes to meditate to address my anxiety so I can get a good night’s sleep.”

What’s on your nightstand?

You can’t go wrong with an insulated water bottle. Having it on hand reminds me to drink water throughout the day, and I also keep it on my nightstand. I usually use Takeya. So always drink water to stay hydrated, rose mint teeth whitening pen for easy and refreshing whitening, and calming candles. I burned MAD et LEN candles in my bedroom and it smelled good. The black champaka I often buy has a cozy, warm aroma in the air.

Do you look at your phone at night? sleep?

I’m working on improving how I keep my phone by the bed at night. I usually try to avoid looking at my phone for at least an hour before bed.


What is your ideal bed sheet?

mine Sheets are my biggest secret!

Blackout Curtains or sunshine?

I also Love it, but my blackout curtains are great. If I have time to sleep, I will always take this opportunity.

Which parts of your daily life are Every night, which are from time to time?

Basic every night Skin care routine and MOON oral beauty routine. Some nights, I take my skin care a step further with extra products, serums, and cleansers. I prefer to use gentle products on my face, like the Clean Natural Facial Cleanser from my dermatologist Christie Kidd. For serums, I always use SkinCeuticals Vitamin CE Ferulic Acid.



During the week and when I’m at home, I usually Go to bed at the same time. It’s a lot harder to get by at that bedtime when I travel, but I’ll try. I find it keeps me consistent.

To call the police or not to call the police?

I usually work every day , so call the police! I also like to get up early to ride horses, so most of the time I set an alarm. But every once in a while, I like to change it up and get some sleep. When I’m at home and on business trips, I set my morning alarm on my phone.

What would you say to make you unable to sleep at night sleep soundly? And those nights when you really can’t sleep, what do you do to relax you?

My anxiety. I have struggled with anxiety for years and it can have good days and bad days. If I need to relax, I really matter meditate for a few minutes to resolve my anxiety so I can rest well.
