Keri Russell has stepped into her next TV lead role.
Netflix has released an upcoming political drama
Trailer for The Diplomat which will American star firmly within the U.S. government. Russell, who also serves as an executive producer, plays Kate Wheeler, the U.S. ambassador to the U.K., who must stop a war in the midst of a marital crisis.
The hour-long series released all eight episodes in April 101.
