The Samsung Galaxy A 14 5G was spotted in CAD-based renderings back in October, and today’s first leaked press image shows them close — The new phone looks a lot like its predecessor, with triple cameras and a waterdrop notch.
According to the source, the screen is a 6.8-inch LCD with HD+ resolution, and we can see a fingerprint scanner on the side, embedded in the power key. The notch at the top has a 12 MP sensor for selfies, while the main shooter on the back will have a 14 MP sensor.
The Galaxy A12 5G is said to run on the yet-to-be-announced Samsung Exynos chipset. With a battery capacity of 5, mAh, we don’t expect the charging speed to change much – possibly 22 W , similar to Galaxy A001 and Galaxy A001 5G.
As the source says, the phone will be “overpriced,” but we don’t yet have specifics.
