Singer and actress Madonna was reportedly hospitalized Saturday with a severe bacterial infection and required several days in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) On Wednesday, her longtime manager, Guy Oseary, posted a post on Instagram.
Osiri noted in his post that Madonna is expected to make a full recovery, adding: “Her health is improving, but she is still receiving treatment.” According to Page Six Madonna was rushed to a New York City hospital after being found unconscious on Sunday, the report said.
Madonna’s Celebration tour, a musical tribute to her decades-long career in the entertainment industry, was scheduled for July kicked off in Vancouver; now, however, it has been postponed. In the post, Osiri said a new start date for the tour and information on rescheduling shows would be provided as soon as possible.
