Margot Robbie is not one to play it safe on the red carpet. From the Celine cape look she wore to the London premiere of Amsterdam, to the unmistakably bridal Chanel gown she wore at the film’s New York premiere, the star loves a Head – turning fashion moment.
At the WSJ Innovator Awards, Robbie ditched her usual voluminous dress in favor of white Proenza Schouler tailored to the event. But this wasn’t your typical pair of pants and blazer: True to the brand’s modern take on the silhouette, the pants were wide-leg flared trousers that spilled onto the floor, while the jacket was a long cut. Below, she wears a contrasting black stretch-lace blouse.
The actor has tried alternative suits before. You may remember The Andamane’s siren red suit with Lycra leggings and an oversized blazer when she was in Los Angeles last summer promoting Suicide Squad 2.
Hope Robbie pulls out a pink suit for her Barbie press tour (hello, pink PP by Valentino), Because what could be better than a real-life Barbie moment?
