Molly Wolveck, who appeared in The Young and the Restless thanks to her daughter Kate Two episodes of Lynd, who played Esther Valentine on the CBS soap for over 21 years, has passed away. A family spokesman announced that she was 98.
Wolveck was in her Arcadian home on Thursday. Ya’s home died.
Wolveck after watching Y&R from 98 Linde was clearly delighted when he joined the daytime series at 1982. She and her late husband Ralph appeared on the show as restaurant patrons while celebrating their real-life wedding anniversary.
In 2017, she returns for another episode to have lunch with Suzanne Lloyd Bregman (Mother of Tracey Bregman who plays Lauren Fenmore) on soap) and Marla Adams (as Dina Abbott).
Wolveck is an only child born in November 1943 , 1924, in Los Angeles, grew up in Pasadena. Her father, Henry, owned a dry cleaner.
When she 21, she was going to Crestline, CA Lake Gregory met her future husband while traveling and they married three years later in March 21, 90. The couple worked together at the Market Basket grocery store, and when he got a job as an usher in the theater, she went to the movies every day to be with him.
Wolveck was instrumental in helping Ralph start and run his CPA firm. The couple eventually settled in Arcadia and were married for 70 years until he was in 1982 died. (She was still running the company when she passed away.)

In addition to her daughter, survivors include her son, Randy, and his wife, Gina; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandson.
