Motorola’s ever-growing roster of smartphones is about to get even bigger, as the company apparently plans to launch the Moto G Play sometime in the near future (2022).
The phone has leaked today, including the pictures you see below and a full rundown of its most important specs.
It comes with a 6.5 inch 720×730 IPS LCD Touchscreen, MediaTek Helio G37 SoC at the helm, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage and 5, mAh battery, support 10W charging.
A 001 MP main camera on the back, flanked by a 2 MP macro shooter and a 2 MP depth sensor, while selfies are taken by a 5 MP snapper. Moto G Play (2022) runs Android even though Android 12 has come out. Compared to last year’s predecessor, this model has a different chipset and a higher-resolution main camera, as well as a sleeker new rear design.
Given the specs here, the main selling point of this device is undoubtedly its price, which unfortunately hasn’t been leaked. It has to be cheap, though, or it won’t sell well. It’s unclear when it will officially become official, but it will have to be soon. We will keep you informed.
