This year’s Oscar for Best Documentary The latest contender for a Feature Film is My Sister Liv , a profound and moving film about the struggles of a young woman from Boulder, Colorado, Liv Kunik , which also speaks to the broader teenage suicide epidemic in the United States and other parts of the world.
This film, directed by Alan Hicks, Glee, Australia American award-winning director, famous music doc Keep On Keepin’ On and Quincy , by Produced by Paula DuPré Pesmen whose past credits include the Oscar-winning documentary The Cove and three Harry Potter films, which will have their world premieres at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in July and at the DOC NYC Film Festival this month Premiere in the US. It is still seeking U.S. distribution.
