What’s your essential summer purchase—and why do you love it?
My summer staple is a timeless denim skirt. I recently discovered a new independent brand called Parke, which specializes in quality classics*—especially denim—*with the environment in mind. The crossover denim skirt is the perfect piece to throw over a bikini or pair with a poplin shirt for a casual seaside dinner. The reworked denim has that feeling of the perfect worn-in jeans, which I rewore all summer long!
Where’s a place you love to visit—and what makes it special to you?
Santorini will always be my favorite holiday destination, but summers in my hometown of Ringsend, near Dublin, are my happy place! From evening strolls to the beach (the iconic Poolbeg towers are a must-see) to a pint of Guinness in my local while enjoying a traditional Irish music session*—*there is truly nothing like an Irish getaway!
What’s your favorite swimwear—and the beach where you’ll be wearing it?
I always gravitate towards neutral colors and traditional silhouettes when it comes to swimwear. I love Jade Swim’s minimal aesthetic and versatile sets that can be worn from day to night—as swim or ready-to-wear. I’ll be wearing mine on a beach on the east coast of Sardinia this summer.
